Donor Relations the Disney Way with Wayne Olson

Just like Disney, people discuss legacy giving because they want to feel better about themselves and the world around them.  Why is Disney so popular?  It is because of Disney’s attention to the people the company serves.  Come prepared to challenge yourself on how well you know your donors and how well they know you.
